Does Medicare cover care at Villa Kilay?

No — Medicare does not cover care outside the United States, and it's important to us that families know this upfront. However, most U.S. assisted living is also paid privately, and our all-inclusive rate is typically a fraction of the out-of-pocket cost of comparable U.S. care. We're happy to walk through the numbers with you.

Do the caregivers speak English?

Yes. Our care coordinators and key staff speak English, all family communication is available in English, and many residents enjoy practicing Spanish as part of daily life.
